The journey with Spotlight Recruitment is a very positive and pleasant one. Abi, Shannon and Nicola are all amazing professionals who really know their job. The role I got was a bit tricky as it was quite interdisciplinary, demanding knowledge in a couple of fields, and I literally have no idea how they managed to dig me up on LinkedIn. The role would never have come to my attention if Abi had not reached out to me.The team was also very efficient and patient in the recruitment process, which took an extremely long time due to the nature of the company. However, throughout that time, they were very supportive, organised and kept me up to date all the time. Their negotiation on the package was also quite a miracle. If you're still hesitating, I would say just go for it.
