Social Media & Content Executive – retail

What will you be doing?

As Social Media & Content Executive, you’ll plan and assist in the implementation of the digital strategy to drive engagement, interaction, and enhance the brand’s reputation. Your main duties will be:

• Manage and implement the social media strategies across the business to drive engagement and increase followers
• Track online campaigns through producing detailed monthly reports
• Manage and create content (images, video, etc) for social media and website
• Keep up to date with the latest industry trends
• Communicate and propose ideas for future developments
• Manage the digital marketing budget
• Liaise with content agencies

What do I need?

• Educated to degree level – English Language is preferable
• Experience in a social media/digital-focused role
• A track record of creating highly successful, strategic campaigns
• Experience with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
• A history of using digital analytics tools
• Knowledge of paid media – specifically promoted Tweets and Facebook Ads
• Strong relationship management skills
• Excellent written skills
• An understanding of MS Office and multiple social media platforms
