Our client is a dynamic property and construction company who are looking for a highly organised Marketing Operations Executive to join their team. They are a forward-thinking and commercially minded organisation with a social purpose and over 50 years of expertise in their field!
This exciting new Marketing Operations position is hybrid, working 2 or 3 days from their collaborative office in the London area and the rest of the week remotely. Benefits include 29 days annual leave + bank holidays, short working week, training, employee discounts, and more!
As Marketing Operations Executive, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of first-rate marketing operations processes and insights. You will play a key role in this vibrant, specialist marketing team, managing effective marketing processes and projects.
Using your excellent project management skills you will work cross-functionally with the wider regional business to plan, develop, and deliver key projects and campaigns, and ultimately drive business growth.
You will utilise your strong digital marketing/CRM skills and analytical mindset you will monitor marketing KPIs, analyse marketing campaign data, and assess relevant marketing trends.
What do I need?
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar marketing operations position
- Proven experience implementing processes and workflows
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- A commercial and analytical mindset – an eye for detail is key!
- A good working knowledge of CRM, ideally Microsoft Dynamics
- Brilliant communication skills and experience in building stakeholder relationships
- Budget and project management experience
- Experience of implementing processes and workflows
