We have recently partnered with an independent, well-established charity who are in the search for a hands-on Senior Digital Manager who can sit within the senior leadership team. This is a hybrid role with 3 days per week in their Welwyn Garden City office and 2 days WFH per week.
As Senior Digital Manager, you will lead on multi-media content creation, developing their digital presence and scaling brand awareness. This role offers a fantastic variety across the full digital mix, so a hands-on Marketer with experience across web, SEO, social, and paid campaigns, would thrive in this position!
From building the B2B and B2C content strategy, through to launching a number of digital campaigns, you will be working alongside an established team to optimise the online customer journey and drive new leads. Within this role, there will also be an opportunity to line manage a Digital Marketing Executive and support across influencer relations, blog creation, and campaign analysis.

What are we looking for?
- Experience across the full digital mix, covering web, SEO, social, and paid campaigns.
- A history of creating and managing web content.
- First-class copywriting skills.
- Previous line-management experience.
- A background in developing customer journeys.
- Experience with tools such as WordPress, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
It would be great if you had:
- Experience within the charity or membership body sector.
- Knowledge of HubSpot and Hootsuite.
- Video and graphic content creation experience.
