Recently, we were approached by one of our clients, a high-profile property group which works across travel and hospitality, including many large retail sites. Over our extensive history of recruitment for this client, we have had a 100% success rate of hiring for all of their marketing and communications roles.
The most recent role we were asked to recruit for was a Marketing Campaigns & Partnerships Manager position, focusing on the retail marketing function. Our client was looking for a strategic marketing professional, with excellent project management skills and strong experience with delivering B2C marketing strategy. Eager to continue our ongoing success for this client, we make sure it is a seamless recruitment process, commencing with thorough research to gain key insights that influence our bespoke campaign strategy which is tailored directly to the needs of each client. Our team of Consultants are all ex-marketers, and we are able to understand the bespoke needs of different clients and the niche skill requirements for marketing roles.
Once this stage was complete and suitable candidates had been selected, we carried out our own interviews and screenings to assess further suitability for the role based on their previous experience. After this, the strongest candidates were shortlisted further to present to our client for their approval to invite them to interview.
A strong selection of candidates was presented to allow the client to select those that met the criteria of the role and would progress to interview. For this position, the process involved two stages, the first interview with the Head of Marketing and another member of the Marketing Team, and a second interview with the Commercial Director. We were very pleased that from this first round of candidates shared, one candidate stood out from the rest, and met all the criteria the team were looking for, so they were invited for both interview stages and were offered the role!
