Recently, we were approached by a successful legal membership organisation, who were looking for assistance in recruiting a Digital Content and Marketing Officer to join their growing marketing team.
This legal client briefed our team that they were seeking a Digital Content and Marketing Officer to work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop strategic marketing campaigns and review their digital products in order to improve engagement with target audiences. The ideal candidate would have experience in delivering website and social media content, as well as strong copywriting skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Although we had not worked with this client previously, we were assured by our expertise in hiring on behalf of legal clients and our past success in engaging exceptional marketing talent for clients in this sector.
We allocated a dedicated Account Manager who then conducted in-depth research and executive search, as well as devising a bespoke recruitment campaign in order to source talented candidates. After the Spotlight team had carried out our own detailed interviewing and shortlisting stage, a total of five highly relevant candidates were represented and obtained interviews.
For this particular role, the interview process consisted of an online video interview, followed by an in-person meeting with senior management. One candidate had all of the desired attributes and was deemed to be the best fit within the team, so after the final stage, they were delighted to be offered the position of Digital Content and Marketing Officer.
