Our client was seeking an experienced Marketing Executive to assist the Head of Marketing on delivering national and local marketing strategies and campaigns. The ideal candidate would be educated to degree level and have some previous marketing experience ideally from property or construction. In terms of skillset, our client was looking for candidates with an outgoing personality and excellent communication skills, as well as knowledge of design software such as Adobe Photoshop and InDesign. After the Spotlight team had performed an extensive interviewing and shortlisting process to ensure candidates were a great fit, a selection of highly relevant candidates was delivered to our client to review.
For this client in particular, the interview process consisted of two stages of interviewing, the first being an online video call, and the second being an in-person meeting in the office. We were very pleased that from this first round of relevant candidates shared, one candidate stood out from the rest, and met all the criteria the team were looking for, so they were invited for both interview stages and were ultimately offered the role!
