Senior Events Coordinator – Consulting Services

Job Description:

Our client is a successful consulting business who due to continued growth, are looking to onboard a talented Senior Events Coordinator who can oversee the end-to-end project management of both their online and in-person events. In addition to 25 days holiday, private medical care, and a friendly working environment, our client offers hybrid working with at least 2 days per week in their London office.

As Senior Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing event management support to all global offices and this fast-paced, diverse role offers the chance to get stuck in to delivering a wide range of events from social, to round table, to webinars and conferences. This hands-on events role will best suit someone who is passionate about the whole event management process and who can confidently manage budgets, research venues, manage suppliers, and create invitations.

The business is currently going through an exciting period of growth and are looking to bring on board an enthusiastic and highly communicative Events Coordinator who can successfully create invite lists, handle enquiries, gather feedback and continuously improve the team’s events processes.

What do I need?

· Bachelor’s degree in Events, Marketing, English, Communications or other relevant field

· At least 2 years’ experience in events

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Proactive project manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment

· Experience with tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms, Adobe applications, WordPress, social media platforms, and webcasts
