Senior Account Manager – Events Agency

Job Description:

Our client, a creative experiential marketing and events agency, are searching for an experienced and driven Senior Account Manager who can deliver first-class client services! In addition to hybrid working (3 days in London office, 2 days WFH per week), our client offers home office equipment and work from home allowance, private medical care, group life assurance, enhanced family-friendly policies, and other employee perks!

As Senior Account Manager, you will play a key role in the Client Services team as you will be responsible for the delivery of quality, stand-out experiential/marketing/live events campaigns that meet client expectations and deliver on their key KPIs. Reporting to the Account Director, you will build strong client relationships through efficient communication and effective campaign management. In addition to this, you will share knowledge on marketing industry trends, and use your creative ideation and strong presentation/pitching skills to encourage creativity within the team.

Our client is searching for a personable and proactive Senior Account Manager who can take ownership of pitches, oversee creative campaigns, and endeavour to improve and maintain key client relationships.

What do I need?

• Strong experience in experiential marketing and live events
• Working knowledge of campaign integration (including influencer marketing, social, and OOH)
• Proven track record of delivery on projects
• A passion for the entertainment & pop culture sectors
• Experience of managing budgets
• Experience of developing and presenting pitches to clients
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• A passionate and driven approach
• High IT & Mac literacy with experience with Microsoft Office
