Job Description:
Our client is an innovative, global brand activation/events agency who specialise in bespoke experiences for both corporate and private clients. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Operations Director to join their collaborative team working with some of the largest FMCG/drinks brands in the industry.

As Operations Director, you will be responsible for the leadership and direction of the production and hospitality departments, leading project management from planning to execution. This senior operations role requires a highly skilled and professional individual with experience in international live events logistics and creative production.
This exciting, new position offers the chance to bring your insights and research to a highly successful team, you will identify fresh opportunities for both internal training and new business development. Leading the departments’ key processes with an inspirational approach, you will ensure 5-star delivery and service clients.
Managing a cross-functional team and taking the lead on managing multiple projects, it is key that you are a confident leader with a strong ability to multi-task and manage both people and projects.

What do I need?
- A strategic mindset – this role is perfect for someone bursting with ideas!
- An inspirational leader with strong line management and leadership skills
- Plenty of senior level team management experience (preferably within FMCG/drinks)
- Experience in high level live event management and hospitality operations
- Experience managing large budgets and margin enhancement
- Excellent communicator with great client management skills
- Good IT literacy including Microsoft Suite (Excel, Keynote, Word, Teams)
