Job Description:
Our client is a leading professional institution consisting of around 16,000 members, both corporate and individual, with the key purpose of maintaining standards within the industry. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Membership & Registration Co-ordinator to join their friendly and supportive team assisting with administrative tasks. As well as a supportive working environment, they offer hybrid working (2 days remote working + 3 days from their London office), 25 days annual leave, 7.5% pension contribution, staff socials.
This role presents a wonderful opportunity to support the Marketing, Professional Standards, and Registration teams including important administrative tasks. As Membership & Registration Co-ordinator, you will play an essential role in the team as a key point of contact. You will be responsible for dealing with all membership enquiries, registering members, and assisting the promotion of the membership through recruitment campaigns.
Using your first-rate administrative skills, you will also support the team by processing registration applicants, preparing any documentation as well as ensuring the database is up-to-date. In addition to these administrative duties, you will also use your initiative to identify improvements for working practices and attend events to promote registration and membership.
In this role, you will utilise your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with teams, reporting directly to the Membership & Registration Manager.
What do I need?
- Experience in an administration role
- Experience of IT applications & databases (Microsoft Dynamics, Mail, Excel)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal & presentation skills
- Brilliant organisational skills & attention to detail
- Ability to work using your initiative and within a team
- Friendly, proactive, and flexible work approach
- A degree in a related filed is a plus!
