Our client, a luxury B2C brand specialising in innovative concepts, are looking for a highly creative and hands-on Marketing Manager to join their growing team. Joining a creative, ambitious startup, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to drive the brand’s growth and enhance brand awareness.
This is a fully remote role, with occasional meetings in London approximately every 2 months.
Please note that this is a 12-month fixed term contract on a freelance basis.
As Marketing Manager, you will take the lead with developing the marketing strategy for the brand, encompassing both online and offline channels. The team are looking for a talented, strategic Marketer who can play an active role in owning the development and delivery of their marketing plans as well as creating engaging marketing assets across multiple channels.
You will collaborate with internal teams across creative, sales, and product development to ensure consistency across the brand. Utilising your knowledge of industry trends and consumer insights as well as analysis of campaign performance, you will also provide key insights to inform future marketing plans. An experienced Marketer with a background in trade marketing and a passion for driving brand awareness and engagement would thrive in this varied marketing role.
In addition to working across some exciting marketing projects, there will also be the opportunity to get involved with PR including coordinating with journalists and creating imaginative PR kits. What do I need?
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset
- Strong marketing experience (beauty or luxury industry desirable)
- Demonstrable ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies
- Strong experience in both online and offline marketing
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Proficiency in using marketing tools to track and analyse campaign performance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Experience in trade marketing or merchandising a plus!
