Job Description:
Our client is an award-winning, global education provider, with a passion for offering young people a richer learning experience to drive their future success. They are looking for a passionate and experienced Marketing Manager to join their growing team. This is an office-based role, working from their offices in Oxford. In addition to this, our client offers 32 days holiday (incl. BH), pension, cycle to work scheme, can be office based, or hybrid (min 3 days per week in the office)!
As Marketing Manager, you will lead the marketing team of 2 direct reports and oversee the production of a full range of marketing materials across the marketing mix. The team are looking for a creative Marketer who can play an active role in implementing marketing campaigns, as well as delivering print materials (i.e., brochures, posters) and content creation across their email, web, and social channels. An experienced and detail-oriented Marketer with excellent leadership skills and experience managing marketing projects and campaigns would thrive in this varied marketing role!
In addition to this, you will also work with various agencies to ensure timely delivery of marketing campaigns. So, if you’re looking for a role that offers plenty of autonomy and a diverse range of projects, then this is the role for you!
What do I need?
- Strong experience in similar marketing role
- Experience in managing marketing campaigns and projects
- Experience with social media and content marketing
- Experience in running conversion campaigns (incl. email marketing & events)
- Experience with WordPress or similar CMS
- Strong project management skills
- Experience with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign etc)
- Excellent communication & writing skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with external teams
- A team player with excellent leadership skills
