Marketing Director – Industrial & Commerce

Job Description:

Our client, one of the UK’s largest industrial and commerce companies, are currently looking for an experienced and analytical Marketing Director to join their growing team. They need a senior Marketer with excellent leadership qualities who can manage marketing function, implement brand strategy, and drive business growth. In addition to remote working (with the occasional London/Nottingham meeting), our client offers a 4 day week, private health insurance, 33 days annual leave, pension and fantastic offices with an on-site gym and games room!

As Marketing Director, you will play a key role in shaping our client’s marketing efforts where you will work closely with the Managing Director to drive business growth in this exciting period. Designing marketing strategies, producing content for online platforms, and executing campaigns for promotions and the launching of new lines will be a few of your key priorities in this role. This senior, hands-on role, needs an excellent communicator who can confidently build relationships with stakeholders, form strategic partnerships with the media, and who can confidently manage budgets.

Whilst marketing, event organisation, and market research will be a large part of your role, you will also be responsible for building the marketing team and supporting their development. What do I need?

• Up-to-date on current trends, best practices, and online marketing techniques

• Strong working knowledge of web analytics (Google Analytics, WebTrends) and Google AdWords
