Logistics Coordinator – Global Event

Job Description:

Our client is a global sustainable prize event with the aim of incentivising change to protect the environment. They are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join their friendly and supportive team assisting the events and operations departments. As well as a supportive working environment, they offer hybrid working from their London office, and the opportunity to travel internationally for events!

Please note that this is a temporary role until mid-November 2023 and needs someone to start ASAP.

This role presents a wonderful opportunity to support the events team in the delivery of their exciting programme of events. As Logistics Coordinator, you will play an essential role in the operational team, managing the logistics of travel, accommodation, visas and more for key guests attending the event. Using your excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, you will also be supporting the events team with administrative duties in order to deliver seamless and memorable events!

In this role, you will utilise your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with internal teams, reporting directly to the Strategic Planner.

What do I need?

• Experience of logistics management for large teams/events
• Excellent attention to detail & ability to record keep clearly
• Experience of budgeting and mindful of charitable budgets
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel)
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams
• Ability to work in a fast paced and high pressure environment
