Head of Social Media – Media Agency

Job Description:

Our client is an established media agency with a diverse range of forward-thinking clients, they are currently looking for a Head of Social Media to lead on long term strategies. As Head of Social Media, you will use your wealth of experience to take a holistic approach, planning innovative strategies for growth. You will devise compelling and strategic content focused campaigns, offer clients insightful recommendations, and analyse results across multiple channels. Using your deep understanding of captivating campaigns, you will interpret key trends and insights to plan exciting creative ideas and support clients.

As a passionate social native you will work in close collaboration with analysts across social, digital, mobile and customer data to uncover key insights to inform content that delivers campaign objectives.

What do I need?

• Strategic social media/content planning experience
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms including paid campaigns
• Strong market research and data analysis experience
• A strong background in reviewing, editing, and structuring content (paid and organic)
• A confident approach to managing stakeholder relationships
• Effective leadership and organisation skills, project and people management
• Brilliant communication skills, including presenting to clients
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver against time frames
• Experience of digital PR tactics is a bonus!
