Our client, an established media production and events business, are looking to onboard a talented and pragmatic Head of Customer Success from B2B Events or B2B media/marketing who can execute account strategy and drive success across their growing client base. In addition to a 20% bonus, our client offers an employee focused culture with hybrid working with 1 or 2 days in the office per week, an enhanced pension scheme, health and wellbeing services, summer early Friday finishes and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
As Head of Customer Success, you will work closely with the Director or Marketing Services to oversee campaigns, client relationships and lead a team to provide a customer-centric experience to a growing portfolio of clients. You will have demonstrated collaborative client relationships with key stakeholders, act as a trusted advisor throughout the client journey, and proactively manage campaign delivery alongside marketing operations and other internal teams. Client retention is key; managing the client relationship, and providing high-level reporting, which in turn, ensures successful growth. A passion for team leadership and effective ,management is essential.
What do I need?
- Excellent interpersonal skills and client management ability
- Strong team management experience, passion for leadership
- At least 5 years’ experience in client management/client services or similar
- Proven customer success ability and stakeholder management skills
- Experience from B2B events/media/marketing/content or similar
- Highly organised and customer-focused, curious and innovative mindset
- Able to successfully manage projects across multiple channels
