Job Description:
IMMEDIATE START NEEDED – TEMP UNTIL MID NOVEMBER
Our client is a global sustainable event company with the aim of incentivising change to protect the environment. They are seeking a Guestlist Coordinator to join their friendly and supportive team assisting their event management. As well as a supportive working environment, they offer hybrid working from their London office, please note that this is a temporary role until mid-November 2023.
This role presents a wonderful opportunity to support the events team in the delivery of their exciting programme of sustainability events. As Guestlist Coordinator, you will play an essential role in the team, managing multiple guestlists and ensuring a streamlined level of communication with their guests and internal stakeholders. You will also be responsible for supporting the events team with administrative duties in order to seamlessly deliver memorable events!
In this role, you will utilise your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with teams, reporting directly to the Events Manager.
What do I need?
- Experience within an events role
- Can start ASAP
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel)
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Brilliant organisational skills & attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Ability to work in a fast paced and high pressure environment
- Experience of events software is a plus!
