Events Executive – Global Retail Brand

Job Description:

Our client is a global brand with a rich history of innovation. They are looking for an Events Executive, initially on a 12 month contract with the possibility of going permanent in the future. They are looking for a real team player to provide essential events and administrative support for their B2B team. A big part of this role will also be to ensure the smooth running of physical and virtual events, such as trade shows, company events and business meetings. This role is predominantly remote but you will need to go into the office for meeting and be able to travel to events both in the UK and Europe.

As Events Executive you will use effective event communication – pre-event planning, post event review, trade show invites, communications and follow ups. You will coordinate the requirements of the internal team to ensure the effective delivery of all events to agreed budget and timeframe. You will also organise the print and delivery of marketing materials so need to have an eye for design!

Who are you?

• At least one years’ experience supporting events organisation and the administration around events
• High level of competency with using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Fluent English is required and additional languages would be regarded as a benefit
• Frequent travel, both internationally and nationally will be required for this role
