Event Project Manager – Global Events

Job Description:

Our client is a global leader in the delivery and operation of major international events, they are currently looking for an Event Manager/Project Manager (from the event sector) to fill this hybrid role. In addition to flexible working opportunities (hybrid partly from London office), our client offers a generous holiday allowance and a 10% discretionary bonus. This is a brand-new role, so really allows you a chance to mould the bids function and work with key stakeholders in this global business.

As Event Manager/ Project Manager, you will work on international high-profile projects, playing a central part in the strategic and operational planning and delivery by applying previous experience and skills. As well as event management, you will also be involved in the proposal management process, tailoring client bids utilising your experience in the events sector.

What do I need?

· Experience of working on major events

· Knowledge of the UK and international markets beneficial

· Experience of creating successful bids/proposals with strong copywriting skills

· Strategic thinker with brilliant negotiation skills

· Excellent project management and organisation skills
