Event Coordinator – Luxury/Hospitality

Job Description:

Our client, a successful business in the luxury and hospitality sector, is in the search for an experienced Events Coordinator who can seamlessly coordinate memorable and unique events to a high standard. As Event Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to get stuck into the logistics and coordination of memorable events with the ultimate aim of increasing sales for the business. In this role, you will use your events organisation experience to plan the events, as well as being responsible for managing budgets and evaluating event success. In addition to this, you will work alongside the Sales and Marketing teams to actively promote the events across platforms including via the company website.

This is a very exciting opportunity to utilise your creative flair and create unique events that entice new customers and maintain existing customer relations. You will need to be a hands-on and organised individual who can take ownership of all areas of events, including maintaining key relationships with in-house and external teams.

What do I need?

• 3 years’ experience in event coordination and planning
• Proven events experience working to a budget and deadlines
• Ability to report of event success to improve future events
• Excellent communication & organisational skills
• Ability to work with a range of internal and external teams
• A passion for Wine & Spirits
• Strong attention to detail
