Email Marketing Manager – Health & Wellness

Job Description:

Our client is a growing group, home to four companies in the health and wellness sector. They are currently looking for a strategic Email Marketing Manager who can share their goal of prioritising self-development and healing. This is an incredibly exciting opportunity for a data-minded Marketer who is passionate about digital marketing and is ready to hit the ground running. As Email Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing their growing list of over 500k people. In this exciting role, you will work with the Head of Marketing to support the delivery of the email marketing strategy end-to-end and segment the customer database, using this to create target email campaigns. An analytically minded Marketer would thrive in this role as reporting on campaign activity and translating data into actionable insights will be a key part your role.

In this role, you will have the chance to work alongside the Head of Strategic Partnerships to manage the campaign calendar and the delivery of communications, helping to increase audience engagement and retention. Our client is looking for someone with a keen eye for detail who can confidently create content for copy and visual assets and research new innovations in the email marketing spaces, providing in-depth analysis and reports on KPIs. As well as functional testing and audience planning and segmentation, you will conduct research to identify opportunities to achieve optimum campaign results and improve different stages of the customer journey.

Who are you?

• Experience in end-to-end email campaign management
• Experience of Infusionsoft and campaign sequence building
• Excellent understanding of marketing funnels and marketing automation
• Excellent attention to detail and diligent functional testing
• Ability to interpret data into actionable insights
• Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills
• Strong understanding of design fundamentals
• Brilliant multi-tasker with great communication skills
• A keen interest in the health and wellness sector
