Our client is a leading publisher who are currently looking for an innovative, analytical Digital Marketing Manager to join their large but fun and friendly marketing team. They are looking for an experienced Digital Marketer who can bring some fresh ideas and share their passion of placing customers at the heart of everything they do. In addition to flexible working opportunities (3 days in the office, 2 WFH), our client offers a lovely office space, a generous holiday allowance, and a 5% potential bonus based on company performance.
This is an incredibly exciting time to join the team as they are just getting ready to start a new, major ecommerce project that you will play a key role in. Heading up their digital marketing team, creating strategies for growth, and improving both the customer experience and revenue generation will be a few of your key responsibilities as Digital Marketing Manager. Our client is looking for a brilliant team-player who can use their collaborative and creative skills to develop new digital strategies to improve customer interactions across their ecommerce sites. Working with the wider marketing team, you will have the chance to lead new initiatives, develop subscription management techniques, and produce both brand and product campaigns.
Using your excellent analytical skills, you will also report on social media strategy, customer engagement data, and track current trends, sharing your insights to develop both strategies and marketing activity. Leading the digital marketing team and managing two Execs, it is key that you can confidently prioritise your workload and successfully lead a time, defining their future and growth.
Who are you?
· Experience in a marketing, customer-centric environment
· A history of gaining and retaining customers and increasing revenue
· Excellent budget management skills
· A creative thinker with strong analytical skills
· Personable, collaborative, multi-tasker who can offer solutions and generate results
· Experience of subscription marketing and CRM systems is advantageous
· Education or publishing background is a huge bonus!
