Job Description:
Our client is a prestigious membership organisation who are looking to bring on board a Digital Content & Marketing Officer who can improve engagement and communication across their digital channels. In addition to hybrid working (2 days from home, 3 days working from their historic office building) our client offers 33 days holiday + bank holidays, 8% pension, and free meals when on-site. Whilst this is a hybrid role, as a new member of the team you will spend the first month in the office learning from their talented team, and then remote working will begin!
As Digital Content & Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for promoting their prestigious events and facilities across their digital channels, implementing the marketing strategy, across their website, social media channels, and direct email. Working as part of a small and collaborative team, you will support the Marketing Manager with developing strategic marketing campaigns, and work alongside the Events Manager to create marketing material for social events, maximising publicity, and attendance. A digital focused Marketer with a keen interest in creating engaging, high-quality content, and working as part of a close-knit team would thrive in this role.
In this varied marketing role, you will use your creative nature and keen eye for detail to update content on their website, oversee a multi-platform social media presence, support with copywriting and email marketing, and stay up to date with engagement on social media platforms.
What do I need…
· Experience in using content management systems and social media scheduling tools
· A history of delivering successful marketing campaigns and reporting on analytics
· Strong copywriting and visual content creation skills
· Experience of working with a CRM database for analytical purposes
· An understanding of how GDPR applies to marketing uses
· Experience in working with third party agencies to support website maintenance and development
· Communicative and supportive team player with an excellent problem-solving ability
· Education or membership organisation background is a huge bonus!
