Our client is a well-known and lovely, inspirational charity looking for a Digital Engagement and Content Manager to join their growing team. They are looking for an innovative, results-oriented digital and communications expert who can develop strategies and content and play a key role in shaping further growth of digital content and comms. Working as part of their small yet mighty communications team, you will oversee all digital marketing channels, increasing reach, developing strategies, and continuously delivering impactful and meaningful content. As Digital Engagement and Content Manager, you will be responsible for building their content marketing plans, developing their SEO strategy and leading the way in utilising cross-channel analytics, so a highly analytical Marketer with an excellent ability to multitask would thrive in this role.
In this role, you will advise on the best practices for the digital campaigns, will oversee digital engagement strategies and will work in partnership with the team to develop their email marketing. Our client is looking to onboard a highly collaborative Marketer with a passion for content, UX, and web development, so if you’re a senior Marketer with the right skills, then we would love to hear from you!
What do I need?
· Previous management experience in marketing and communications (charity sector a bonus)
· A background in PPC, SEO, web, mobile, social media, and email
· A history of developing content marketing and contributing to digital engagement growth
· Experience in creating user-focussed content and developing customer journeys
· Previous budget management experience
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Strong copywriting skills
· Knowledge of Google Suite and AdWords
· Knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign are desirable but not essential
