Job Description:
Our client is an entertainment company looking for an experienced and enthusiastic CRM and Loyalty Manager to cover a 9-month maternity cover based in their modern offices in central London. This company has a rich history of B2C entertainment and a collaborative and friendly culture.
The CRM Manager will support the Campaign Coordinator planning, managing and implementing highly targeted direct and digital marketing programmes to maximise customer visitation frequency and spend. KPIs will focus on engagement and loyalty, retention, player visitation and spend, welcome/nursery programmes and campaign ROI. This role will be a hybrid position, with slightly more time in the office initially while you build key internal relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
This role will be key to delivery across the new app, and focusing on driving customer engagement through CRM and loyalty to further boost their brand. If you are open to a 9 month contract and have strong experience of CRM and loyalty campaigns, read on.
What do I need?
- Marketing or similar degree equivalent and a passion for loyalty and CRM best practices
- An analytical thinker with a depth of knowledge in digital analytics, campaign tracking and ROI metrics
- Experience in creating end-to-end customer journeys that improve retention
- Knowledge of automation strategies that drive and optimise customer loyalty, acquisition, retention, personalisation and promotion strategies.
- Able to derive actionable customer insight from multiple data sources
- Be able to work flexibly and independently in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects and deadlines
- Effective decision-making and great attention to detail
