Our client, a fantastic, London-based creative production company are going through an exciting period of growth and are looking for an experienced Creative to join their dynamic team. They’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, fun environment, who likes to be challenged creatively, and who owns a strong passion for visual storytelling. They work with a number of clients, producing films for world-leading brands are looking for a talented Filmmaker who can take the lead on a number of unique projects. This is a hybrid role with 3 days in their London office and 2 WFH per week.
As Creative Director you will work as part of an extremely collaborative team, leading on several projects, supporting across idea generation, the forming of creative strategy, pitching and delivery, and always taking into consideration client TOV, logistics, and budget. Managing a cross-functional team of creatives and taking the lead on managing multiple projects, it is key that you are a friendly and confident leader with strong multi-tasking and project management skills.
Utilising your creative expertise, you will have the chance to generate original ideas, curate industry-leading work, and bring new, innovative ideas to life. So, if you’re a highly creative, personable, and strategic individual bursting with new ideas, we would love to hear from you!
What are we looking for?
- At least 6 years’ experience as a creative Filmmaker/Senior Creative, working closely with other Creatives, Producers, and clients, delivering fantastic, innovative solutions.
- A creative mind, with a keen eye for detail, and a passion for visual storytelling.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work to deadlines and split time across various projects.
- A passion for pitching, creative writing, and delivering innovative solutions.
- Experience in a management role, mentoring and nurturing a creative team.
- Experience with various software, specifically InDesign, Photoshop, Keynote, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Dropbox.
