Fantastic opportunity for a detail focussed, organised and business oriented Personal Assistant/Commercial Assistant looking for their next challenge. You would be reporting into the Commercial Director of a well-known, innovative and growing business in infrastructure.

Responsibilities include providing administrative support to the Commercial Director such as diary management, meeting and travel arrangements, producing reports, presentations, analysis (using software such as Tableau). You will also be supporting some of the wider team, pulling together commercial reports, ensuring consistency in style and tone, managing the ‘special events’ and ad hoc, small-scale commercial activity requests.
This role offers a fantastic variety of responsibilities and would suit a highly organised, proactive individual with a positive, can-do approach and excellent communication skills. You will have had experience a Personal Assistant or team administrator, have diary management experience as well as strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Commercially astute with good analytical skills and experience of Tableau, PowerBI or similar is required.
