Job Description:
Our client is an innovative, global drinks agency who specialise in leading campaigns and bespoke experiences working with some of the industry’s largest brands. Due to continued growth, they are now searching for a passionate Brand Strategist with strong drinks/beverage experience to join their collaborative, forward-thinking team. In addition to hybrid working (2 days working remotely, 3 days from their collaborative London office), our client offers a bonus, company discounts, plenty of social events, and an office stocked with organic fruit and coffee!
As Brand Strategist, you will support exciting projects for with some of the world’s leading drinks brands and portfolios, reporting to the Head of Strategy & Trade Advocacy. This is a varied and exciting role, from developing creative brand strategies, to analysing insights and data to uncover growth opportunities. You will work collaboratively with photographers, videographers and partner agencies to curate captivating content and imagery. Using your creativity, you will also get the opportunity to contribute to drinks recipes, develop trend-setting blog posts, and devise unique content ideas for social media and the website.
You will need to have a great understanding of inspiring the on-trade and bartender community, as well as recommending creative ideas for trade advocacy programmes such as competitions. Working on variety of projects, you will have a strong team spirit and the ability to work collaboratively, as well as sharing your expertise of drinks and cocktail culture within the wider team!

What do I need?
- Passion for the drinks industry & hospitality sector
- Outstanding knowledge of the drinks industry trends (including influencers)
- Experience of drinks brand marketing
- A confident communication style and a love of creating creative content
- 3+ years’ Bar Manager/Head Bartender experience at a top-level bar
- A talent for multitasking and working on multiple projects
- Proficient business acumen and analytical skills
