Our client is an innovative, experiential agency who specialise in bespoke campaigns, events, and experiences for global clients. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a confident and experienced Account Manager to join their collaborative team working with some of the largest consumer/FMCG brands in the industry. In addition to hybrid working (2 days working remotely, 3 days from their collaborative London office), our client offers a bonus, company discounts, plenty of social events, and an office stocked with organic fruit and coffee!
As Account Manager, you will play an integral role in managing key client accounts and ensuring the delivery of first-class campaigns, projects, and events. Reporting to the Account Director, you will manage campaigns efficiently from start to finish, delivering insightful and detailed creative proposals, project timelines, budgets, reports, and market research. You will also proactively develop strong client relationships, managing all forms of client meeting with ease, informed by your in-depth knowledge of the client’s business.
Using your creative, client focused mindset and account management experience, you will share strategic insight, advise high profile clients, and present new business proposals to potential new clients.

What do I need?
- Previous experience in account management
- Experience in campaign management and events
- Strong client communication & service skills
- A keen interest in the hospitality and beverage industry
- Strong business acumen – numeracy & analytical skills
- IT literacy (Office 365 Suite & IOS software)
- Excellent time management
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional networking and communication skills
