Job Description:
Our client, a fast-growing PR agency, are in the search for a creative and driven Account Executive who is experienced in delivering outstanding client services! This is a hybrid role, with 3 days in the Cheltenham office and 2 days working from home. In addition to hybrid working, our client offers 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), monthly personal development plan and meeting with a senior leader, and a lovely office in the heart of Cheltenham.
As Account Executive, you will work closely with the Account Manager and senior PR executives to efficiently manage client accounts, providing excellent client care and ensuring the seamless execution of PR campaigns. In addition to this, you will utilise your excellent communication skills to deliver engaging multi-channel content forge strong partnerships with stakeholders. Supporting the delivery of integrated PR campaigns, building relationships with clients and stakeholders, and creative content creation will be key aspects of your role, so excellent organisational skills are a must!
Our client is searching for a confident and motivated Account Executive who is looking to bring their creative ideas to life and can ensure that clients receive excellent service.
What do I need?
- Previous agency experience in a similar role (PR a bonus!)
- Experience within various aspects of media
- Experience in social media platforms
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
- A self-motivated team player
