Job Description:

Our client is a highly successful, award-winning content agency and they are looking for an experienced, communicative Account Director to join their growing team. In addition to flexible working opportunities, our client offers a 25 days’ holiday (+ bank holidays), early finish Fridays, gym membership, childcare voucher scheme, travel card loan, and summer & Christmas social events!

As Account Director, you will work directly with internal teams and freelancers to deliver projects, as well as overseeing client and project management. You will proactively look for new opportunities and creative solutions to improve our client’s marketing success and foster an innovative, collaborative culture across the agency. You will play a vital role in determining KPIs and evaluating risks across projects, so a strategic and analytical mindset is key!

In this role you will be given a great amount of autonomy to take responsibility across projects and teams, so you need to be a self-motivated, resourceful problem-solver who can confidently communicate with key stakeholders.

It’s a 12-month FTC initially but may well be permanent role in future due to continued company growth.

Spotlight contacted me about a role about a month ago, and I recently received an offer from that job.
