Website Manager, innovative education – up to £35,000 + benefits
Our innovative education client works with schools, colleges, and universities from around the world and enrich educational experiences to deliver unique opportunities to young people. To convey their message to key stakeholders, they need to conjure emotions of inspiration, energy and trust through words and images used at major stakeholder touchpoints, including both digital and printed communications.
As Website Manager, you’ll be the go-to-person for all website related queries, updates, issues and improvements with an excellent knowledge base of the organisation’s online communication platforms, an insatiable enthusiasm for improvements to digital platforms and optimising the conversion rate. You will:
- Take full ownership of all website content including imagery, text, metafields and design
- Ensure website accuracy at all times and develop ways to improve how information is displayed
- Devise strategies to make sure the traffic to the website has the best possible customer experience
- Work with other stakeholders in the organisation to maximise the website’s ROI e.g. alongside the SEO Manager to edit blogs and other digital content
- Improve the usability, design, content and conversion of the organisation’s website and execute plans to timetable and budget to meet objectives
- Manage agency partners in various new website projects covering project initiation, app integration, wireframe design, page design etc
- Design online customer journeys with other team members to increase student bookings
- Audit, improve conversions and engagement, and document all online: environments e.g. main website, microsites
What do I need?
Our client is looking for a tech-savvy digital marketer with website and digital marketing experience, previous experience working with Shopify, Google Analytics and some basic coding ability is beneficial and will really help the team develop.
