Senior Marketing Manager, digital transformation/retail – up to £55k + bonus
Our client are an in-store, digital transformation consultancy who embrace technology to allow their retail clients to increase sales. They deliver omnichannel customer experiences and their innovative solutions support continual retail growth.
They are looking for an exceptional Senior Marketing Manager from SaaS or B2B tech to join their collaborative team. As a data-driven Senior Marketeer you will work closely with the CMO, and specific retailers across the UK, Europe and the US. This role will create marketing initiatives to focus on demand generation and sales funnel nurture, aligned with the sales team strategy.
As Senior Marketing manager you will use market research, analysis and direct marketing strategy to target different clusters alongside the sales team. You will be planning, organising and executing programs that generate new prospects as well as tactically managing leads. The emphasis will be on building marketing plans for multi-touch, multi-dimensional programmes, including both inbound and outbound tactics to meet pipeline requirements of target accounts. Performance will be predominantly monitored using Salesforce, and you will also manage a small team of junior marketeers.
This is a great role for someone passionate about retail marketing, B2B marketing and SaaS solutions. We want to hear from you if you have at least five years Marketing experience within a high-growth business, ideally SaaS / high-tech B2B demand generation.
