Sales Manager – HNW financial investment – Up to £45K base OTE £90K + benefits 

Excellent opportunity for a motivated and talented Sales Manager to join our highly-successful, fast growth client in the heart of London’s financial district.  As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing an existing team as well as having the opportunity to hire and build your very own sales team. You will bring energy and passion to this role and you’ll be confident in creating new and engaging ways to train and develop your staff whilst also producing excellent results, ensuring the highest level of integrity is always met. 

You will have a strong knowledge of sales promotion techniques and marketing approaches, including additional key responsibilities such as: 

  • Writing/maintaining sales manuals
  • Regular training on standards/ethics and on mindset/attitude
  • Goal setting/setting Key Performance Indicators
  • Monitoring the activity and productivity of sales employees & staff development
  • Planning & arranging team incentives

What do I need?

A strong background in sales is essential and you will possess the ability to influence and persuade. Our client is looking for an individual with ambition and tenacity; a confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills will thrive in this role.

  • A strong track record of sales performance and delivery with preferably 5 + years in a leadership sales position.
  • Thorough knowledge of the financial markets and their common products, asset classes and investments 
  • Excellent negotiating and communication skills
  • Strong decision-making abilities
  • Some knowledge of FCA/regulatory requirements
  • Ability to work as part of a team and across the business, contributing to management decision making
