Partnership Marketing Manager

If you’re a partnership marketing pro then we would like to hear from you! We are looking for a Partnership Marketing Manager for a lovely client of ours who operates within the educational sector. The successful candidate will thrive from working in a complex multi-stakeholder environment and be adept at managing multiple relationships.

The core responsibility of the Partnership Marketing Manager will be to build a high-trust partnership relationship with stakeholders, enabling the delivery of plans and ensuring the continued commercial success of this business. This is a B2C role that requires proven experience in account and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities include:

  • Working in collaboration with internal teams and lead generation functions for the successful delivery of programmes within the portfolio
  • Providing a clear direction on, and ensuring the delivery of, various lead generation and nature campaigns
  • Leading the development and implementation of new marketing collateral and refreshing existing material
  • In collaboration with the Head of Partnership, managing activities, timelines and deliverables to successfully launch new programmes to clients
  • Reporting of sales pipeline using a variety of tools
  • Leading the development and implementation of annual and quarterly marketing plans

The Partnership Marketing Manager will suit a generalist marketer with strong account management or business partnership experience.

Skills and experience required:

  • Degree in relevant subject
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a busy marketing environment
  • Experience working in a matrix environment; ability to liaise with multiple internal stakeholders and clients
  • Outstanding time management and communication abilities
  • Ability to engage in strategic planning and develop and apply in-depth product knowledge
  • Proactive, solutions-orientated individual
  • Strong relationship building and interpersonal abilities

The successful individual will be a strong team player who can operate in a fast-paced environment, previous experience of working with a B2C sales team would be advantageous.
