Marketing Manager: 2 days a week, £60k pro-rata + discretionary bonus
We have an opportunity for a talented and dynamic marketer looking for a part-time role. Our client is a busy arts marketing agency who are proud to work with the most prestigious organisations in order to help them maximise their reach and connect with new audiences.  An interest in the arts would be beneficial and as a benefit of this role you’ll be given lots of tickets to events and openings throughout the year.

Strong understanding of B2B marketing practices is important for this role as you’ll be implementing the strategy for two B2B brands. Working with the Managing Partner and the Sales Director, you’ll create and manage an ongoing calendar of B2B comms, including email and direct mail. You will be tasked with putting systems in place for tracking leads and sales generated by campaigns.

You’ll also be responsible for designing first class B2C marketing strategies for promoting and running three editorial websites, ensuring that the B2B and B2C brands interact cohesively. A Marketing Manager with digital marketing expertise is required and knowledge of SEO, email, social, and online advertising channels is essential.

Our client is passionate about facilitating a positive and collaborative work environment, you’ll be joining a team of likeminded people who are zealous in their interest and appreciation for arts and culture. Previous experience of leading a team is important as you’ll be managing the full time Senior Marketing Officer and leading the marketing team. Additionally, the Marketing Manager will be an integral member of the SMT and will contribute to meetings.
