Marketing Coordinator: up to £32,000 in a fast-growing & social start up company

Outstanding opportunity for a Marketer to get their hands stuck in at a fast-growing start-up in Central London! They are now looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support the marketing team and use their ideas to help shape the marketing strategy.

Working in a forward-thinking marketing team, the Marketing Coordinator will be the driving force bringing the product, marketing and commercial teams together. As Marketing Coordinator, you will support teams to drive sales of the product. You will need to understand the brand, market and customers inside out, in order to communicate product and feature updates effectively to internal and external audiences.

What will the Marketing Coordinator be doing? 

  • Contributing to marketing strategy
  • Managing the SEO strategy and execution plus organising all tagging and optimisation of the website
  • Managing individual campaigns and programme budgets across online channels to meet set KPIs
  • Creating content and campaigns for social media channels
  • Reporting on marketing activities, industry and results
  • Forecasting sales performance and creating marketing plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Any ad hoc delivery support on other marketing activities as required


  • Minimum of 3 years marketing experience in B2C
  • Excellent understanding of SEO metrics and web-marketing definitions
  • Experience planning and executing A/B and Multivariate testing programmes
  • Eye for design and an ability to use/ or learn design packages (InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
  • Strong working knowledge & experience of Google Analytics, Keyword and AdWords
  • An act fast, fail fast, recover fast mentality – continually tries new ideas and shares and applies the learnings for future initiatives
  • Great copy writing skills – whether its customer communications or writing compelling content tailored to different audiences and across different platforms
  • Able to optimise content for the web and monitor website progress
  • Experience of running paid social campaigns
