Junior Brand Manager – Global medical , £35-40k (bonus 6%, pension 5%, profit share 6.5%) 

Our client a highly successful global organisation, is currently experiencing a period of rapid growth and are therefore expanding their team and looking for an innovative Junior Brand Manager! Our client offers some fantastic benefits including bonus and profit share, as well as the opportunity to work in lovely offices in a lively part of London (Zone 1).

Sitting within the marketing team, you will be supporting with creating and implementing the UK brand marketing strategy. You will help to develop customer insights and translate them into effective brand positioning and promotional campaigns. In collaboration with Global Brand Managers, you will also be developing effective marketing strategies and high impact promotional campaigns

Previous experience within medical device or pharmaceutical marketing would be advantageous, other skills and experience required:

  • At least two years’ marketing experience, ideally within the medical or pharma sector
  • Demonstrable evidence of growing brands, identifying growth opportunities and gaining alignment to execute against growth plan
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate accurately and compellingly to a variety of audiences
  • Proven skills in brand marketing, market and competitive analysis, customer insights, project planning, and marketing program development
