Are you an ambitious and innovative CRM professional?  We are looking for a CRM guru to join the team of a leading London university who prides themselves on their exceptional marketing effort.  They are looking for a talented professional to plan and deliver CRM and conversion strategies for international recruitment. You’ll be responsible for implementing the international marketing strategy and the coordination of marketing activity to drive growth in international student recruitment. As CRM Officer you’ll possess a strong target and metric driven approach which you’ll employ to implement conversion marketing activities and develop the CRM pathway to increase the number of students.

You’ll be creating segmented, targeted and personalised multi-channel contact plans to increase conversion from each region. Strong communication influencing skills across cultures is an important skill of the postholder. You’ll be working with various internal CRM teams to coordinate and deliver tailored CRM pathways for prospective international students.

AS CRM Officer you’ll be responsible for Customer Journey Mapping analysing touch points and maximising conversion opportunities. Reporting on campaign analysis and suggesting enhancements on a regular basis is important especially with regards to conversion touchpoints. A good understanding of Google Analytics and data analysis tools would be highly advantageous.

Working with key staff in regional offices to ensure that central and regional activities are aligned will be a responsibility of the CRM Officer. You’ll need to possess the ability to work with marketing teams in a matrix structure as well as great organisational and prioritisation skills.

A graduate with a marketing degree or a related degree is essential, a relevant CIM or IDM Marketing qualification would be desirable. You’ll possess demonstrable experience in email and customer marketing with a strong background in data marketing. As CRM Officer you’ll have previous experience developing and implementing a recruitment / retention campaign across multiple platforms including email, social media, direct mail etc.
