International Customer Support Adviser
Salary: £22 – 24k, depending on experience
My client, an award-winning organisation who works in the education assessment space is seeking an International Customer Support Adviser to join their very successful and expanding international team. This leading organisation is responsible for delivering high quality assessment and professional development services and is highly respected within the industry both in the UK and worldwide. Their main focus is bringing on board people who are passionate about customer service and have the drive to succeed in the role.
About the role…
As International Customer Support Adviser you’ll have the opportunity to deal with inbound enquiries as well as outbound calls, follow up on marketing campaigns, manage the email inbox for your territory as well as support the Sales Account Managers. The role sits within the international team so you will be speaking with and writing to international customers (mainly Heads and Deputy Heads of schools overseas) whose first language may not be English so you must be able to write in a clear and concise manner. The successful candidate will be tasked with delivering the best customer service possible for your international territory whilst working in a lovely team.
The ICSA will respond directly to enquiries from existing customers and new prospects will be generated through marketing activities. The successful candidates will need to process customers’ orders with 100% accuracy and provide exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations and encourages repeat business.
