My client, an award-winning organisation who works in the education assessment space is seeking an International Customer Services Executive to join their very successful and expanding international team. This leading organisation is responsible for delivering high quality assessment and professional development services to schools and is highly respected within the industry both in the UK and worldwide. Their main focus is bringing on board people who are passionate about customer service regardless of their background.
About the role…
As International Customer Services Executive you’ll have the opportunity to deal with inbound enquiries as well as outbound calls, follow up on marketing campaigns, manage the email inbox for your territory as well as support the Sales Account Managers. The role sits within the international team so you will be speaking with and writing to international customers (mainly Heads and Deputy Heads of schools overseas) whose first language may not be English so you must be able to write in a clear and concise manner. As International Customer Services Executive you will be tasked with delivering the best customer service possible for your international territory whilst working in a lovely team.
What you’ll need…
