Head of HR – up to £60K, North London, 12-month contract (with possibility of permanent role)
Our client is a leading consultancy with offices based in North London and are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of HR to join their team. This prestigious organisation foster a collaborative and enjoyable working environment and this role has a focus on employee relations and HR transformation.
As Head of HR, you will hold a crucial HR and T&D role in the business, working at Director level (reporting into senior stakeholders) playing a central role in developing and implementing the strategic HR aims and objectives, coaching and guiding Managers on HR issues, implementing the new HR system, outsourcing payroll, providing leadership for the HR department, internal and external relationship management, performance management and generalist HR.
This position will lead, manage and mentor a team in HR and work directly with all levels throughout the business requiring strong people management skills and the ability to motivate and get the best out of people.
This senior HR position requires an exceptionally organised and confident Human Resources professional who can form strong business partnerships at all levels. As Head of HR, this role will act as the lead on the Human Resources function across the Group.
