We’re looking for an experienced professional with the drive to succeed in a high-growth environment. Our client is a successful enterprise software business that is passionate about innovation and committed to improvement, they are now looking for a Marketing Manager to take the lead on the marketing strategy for assigned regions throughout France.
As Marketing Manager you will need to be fluent in French and bring at least 3 years’ field marketing experience with a proven track record in executing effective marketing and partner campaigns. Your role will be focused on building awareness in France and driving leads from named accounts within each territory, as Marketing Manager you will be travelling to France at least once a month.
Working with colleagues you will ensure that local campaigns align to the overall business goals and direction and you’ll have ownership of field marketing localisation efforts which includes whitepapers, blogs, social etc. Using your excellent skills in multi-tasking and organisation you will juggle competing priorities, ensuring that you remain to deadline.
You will bring experience of working with marketing automation tools and will be comfortable working with technologies that enable businesses to scale lead generation efforts. You’ll have a good understanding of CRM systems, preferable Salesforce, and will be confident analysing campaign effectiveness through interacting with data.
As Marketing Manager you will have a history of partnering directly with field sales to achieve shared objectives. You’ll be working cross functionally with the wider marketing department and regional sales managers to develop and execute in-territory campaigns that drive the pipeline and will have overall responsibility for creating and running the French field marketing plan and budget.
