Our client, a leading provider of network and communication solutions is looking for a highly motivated and committed European Marketing Communications Manager. This exciting role will assist the Head of European Marketing with the execution of all internal and external communications for both B2B and B2C.

The Marketing Communications Manager will act as a brand ambassador, leading and developing integrated marketing communication campaigns and marketing material (online and offline) to meet commercial and other performance targets.

The European Marketing Communications Manager will be responsible to:

  • Develop and lead quarterly campaigns in line with product launches and promotions
  • Liaise with and support local marketing teams with ongoing requests for collateral creation
  • Brief agencies for the development of campaign collateral including print, online and POS
  • Work with the Head of European Marketing to develop and maintain D-Link’s brand and visual identity
  • Support and organise events / exhibitions
  • Management of global and European PR
  • Copywriting, proof reading and editing marketing material
  • Work with and manage the content translation process /agency
  • Help to develop and implement integrated channel marketing campaigns to up sell and cross-sell to channel partners
  • Strong involvement in the implementation of Social Media strategies and online user journey / call to actions

The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills, hold a marketing, communications or business degree, with at least 5 years practical experience. You will ideally have a good understanding of both B2B and B2C marketing, brand management, and digital/social media, along with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.

About you:

  • Proven campaign management experience
  • Understanding/working knowledge of digital and social media channels
  • Copywriting, proof-reading and editing skills
  • Creative flair
  • PR experience
  • Additional European language and knowledge of networking/technology markets
    is a bonus.
  • Marketing, Communications or Business degree or equivalent
  • 5 years practical marketing experience
