This global, world-class platform/online community have a hugely exciting and newly developed Digital Marketing Manager role for their in-house brand to head up the paid search function. This is a high-profile role with lots of global focus, the company has a huge feel good factor, stunning offices and offer employees a wide range of benefits.  This role will suit someone with a blend of agency and in-house experience managing very large digital budgets in paid search who wants to be part of a fast-growth, global leader.

Using your digital prowess, you will oversee global paid digital marketing activity on the agency side to grow acquisition and leads on a global scale. Via existing agencies, you will be responsible for ensuring delivery of campaigns, setting monthly objectives and campaign strategies and reporting on digital ad performance. It is all about campaign innovation here: you will ensure the company are taking advantage of the latest tools and features across different digital channels, stay abreast of Google, Facebook and other digital platform developments, and incorporate these into campaign strategies to enhance user behaviour-led digital marketing campaigns. To ensure results you will set up tracking & testing frameworks to measure performance on campaign performance and monitor campaigns where needed.

Who are you?

You will be an expert in capturing consumer intent, particularly through search advertising, and will be passionate about digital ad-optimisation, web analytics and tracking. You will have:

  • A love of analytical problem solving with a strong working knowledge of paid-media.
  • Paid search is prerequisite, paid social and e-commerce digital acquisition experience is a bonus.
  • An in-depth knowledge of modern web tracking tools and techniques
  • A rapid test-and-learn mindset
  • High energy and optimism
