Fantastic opportunity for a talented and creative Digital Marketing Manager to join our market leading finance company in their Renewable and Solar Energy team. This exciting opportunity – is a growth role and with no previous Digital Marketeer this is a real chance to make the position and role your own. Helping the company to achieve growth targets for 2020!

This is a very varied and hands-on role, so would suit candidates who enjoy working on multiple campaigns and seeing them through from conception to completion. The Marketing Manager will work with senior management to deliver the brand’s communication strategy in all areas and have the following responsibilities:

  • Identify target audiences and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
  • Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
  • Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
  • Understand and adapt to the company’s needs visions to take over full marketing control.


Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven Digital Marketing/SEO experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (ideally HubSpot)
  • Excellent understanding of compliance and FCA regulation is a must, alongside a high level of numeracy and the ability to work as part of a busy, fast-paced team.
  • 2-3 years’ experience in a similar company, desirable
  • Proven experience designing interactive applications and networking platforms, desirable
  • Established press and media contacts, desirable
  • Ideally have a recognised accreditation in professional project management experience such as: PRINCE2 Practitioner, Agile Project Management Practitioner, APM Project Management Qualification, APM Practitioner Qualification or other related qualification
