Digital Executive – up to £27k
Fantastic opportunity to join the team of this longstanding not-for-profit organisation who strive to promote and provide opportunities for those in need. Our client is based in central London and is currently looking for a driven and talented Digital Executive to improve the performance of online acquisition customer journeys across multiple channels and markets. Initially on a temp to contract basis, this role is with the view to go permanent.
You will be working closely with the Marketing and Communications Manager to implement and execute campaigns, taking ownership for the smaller tactical customer marketing campaigns and activities. You will possess exceptional communication skills with the ability to write engaging copy and previous experience writing for the web. Our client is looking for an individual with a degree in English, Communications, Marketing or similar.
Working knowledge of Google Analytics is essential and a broad understanding of user-centred design and UX principles would be desirable. You will be managing the deployment of email campaigns including segmentation and will support the Digital, UX and Creative Manager in the optimisation and maintenance of the digital platforms.
The ability to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders is important and the Digital Executive will be tasked with informing internal clients about campaign performance and progression. You’ll be coordinating internal channel owners to ensure all stakeholders are delivering internal marketing campaigns and will be briefing the design/digital team with regards to creative assets and projects.
The Digital Executive will need specific marketing experience of UX and the customer journey as well as experience working with CRM systems and email mailers. You will be planning and conducting customer interviews to gather insights and will be evaluating site performance metrics and tests results reporting.
