We are looking for a hands-on CRM Project Manager for one of our most prestigious clients. With an idyllic central London location, our client has created an offering that is a cornerstone of London’s cultural scene. As CRM Project Manager you will lead on the implementation of the CRM system and have responsibility for all stages of the project. You will have a wealth of previous CRM experience and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and on budget.  You will use your exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to ensure effective buy in of the new system from other members of the team.

You’ll be responsible for developing a contact strategy, ensuring the delivery of strategic objectives. Our client is looking for someone to provide technical consultancy, support and training in order to deliver customised solutions. Extensive knowledge of CRM best practise is essential, as well as experience optimising and improving operational processes through systems change.

You’ll be unfazed by the prospect of developing a portfolio of data analytics to deliver insight with regards to visitor metrics and behaviour. You’ll also develop internal dashboards which track and monitor campaigns and ensure the database is effectively segmented for targeted marketing activities.
