Job Description:
Our client is a leading professional institution consisting of around 16,000 members, both corporate and individual, with the key purpose of maintaining standards within the industry. They are seeking an experienced CRM Manager to take ownership of the business systems including CMS and other databases as well as evaluating their functionality.

As CRM Manager, you will use your excellent line management skills to oversee a small team of 3 direct reports, as well as monitoring data inputs and management and dealing with any non-compliances efficiently. You will also work closely with the Head of Business Operations to help develop an IT strategy that drives business growth.
In this role, you will utilise your strong CRM expertise, analytical mindset, and excellent attention to detail to identify opportunities that proactively improve technology and business processes. You will also make use of your relationship management skills to develop strong working relationships with all internal departments and external partners.
What do I need?
- 2 years+ experience in CRM management
- A relevant degree or equivalent qualification
- Strong experience across database management & system testing
- Experience of data processing & cleansing
- Excellent level of IT literacy
- Proficient in Microsoft applications (Dynamics, SharePoint, OneDrive, SQL)
- Excellent analytics skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication & management skills
- Ability to build relationships with internal and external teams
